Following feedback we got about issues with emails sent from/ to partners and clients in the Marketplace, we've decided to test the effects of exposing clients' email addresses and letting you contact them directly.
We hope to improve engagement and ease communication between you and your leads, and in turn, see an increase to the projects' conversion rate.
If you're using Wix inbox and Automations to respond to new leads, this change won't impact the way your leads' status is updated.
If you contact your client in other ways (such as phone or personal email), please make sure to manually update your lead status to "contacted". If you won't, your lead might expire.
This test will affect only some of your leads and will run for the next couple of weeks.
