If you’re experiencing downtime on your site, encounter editor issues/bugs, or need to report an outage, we ask that you do the following before posting in the group. Submit a support inquiry to our customer care team by visiting support.wix.com or report downtime/outages by visiting status.wix.com and clicking on "report a problem with Wix."

No Self-promotion or Spam
Give more to this group than you take. We are a community and ask that you participate in group discussions and initiatives. Please do not advertise the services you provide, products you sell, request likes/follows, or share irrelevant links within the group or via private message unless approved by an admin. Requesting project feedback and sharing your website redesign is fine, but offering your services within these posts is not.

This community shares a lot of valuable information and knowledge. We highly encourage this atmosphere and spirit, but do ask that leads granted to you from the Marketplace are not shared in the community.

Only tag the Wix Community Manager for Wix Issues. Do not tag Wix employees in any post, unless approved by a community manager. Only Wix employees can share their email address. Members cannot share phone #'s or emails. When posting external links, please provide context.

Asking Questions
Before posting product or feature-related questions, please refer to the Wix Help Center. This community is NOT a customer support group. The best questions to ask are those that do not have an answer online.

No Thread Highjacking
Do not post about an issue, then proceed to bump similar or older threads expressing your concerns. That's thread highjacking and it will get you muted or banned.
